Asset Backed Loan notes
Asset backed loan notes are a vehicle with which investors may gain security over an asset in exchange for lending their funds to the borrower. This allows the borrower, in most cases developers, the ability to have instant liquidity to purchase property in a competitive fashion due to having instant access to liquidity from the aforementioned note.
